Sink Campout 2012

Our theme this year was COLOR! I loved this theme! God made color! And he loves it!
If you just stop for a moment and think about color, its amazing what you can come up with!
Pink flamingos, green flowers, red hair, black skin, blue skies, black and white penguins, etc.
Its truly amazing!
This post is in honor of all our dear family who was not able to make it! We missed you!

Little Miss Sunshine!

Some of us colored our hair! We had red and blue and green hair!
The red haired people still had pink hair after they washed it!

The four wheeler got its use... hauling children and food from house to barn and back again!

Grandma and Little S

Our family was the rainbow!
( so sad we are missing two family members)

Great Grandma Sink and Little S

Loved watching these two play together

My dad. Kinda a tradition to show his legs one time a year!

We liked to tease Grandpa, telling him he was color blind!

Even our food was color!

Oh to be silly!

Love watching him be a daddy! He is so good at it!

Daddy, freeedom and love

To celebrate our Dad we got together at my brother in law and sister in laws for the weekend.
Almost everybody made it! We were only missing two family's:(
Saturday night we had campfire and games, Sunday we went to church, ate grilled chicken, roasted
potatoes, salad and chocolate cake. So yummy! Then played more games!
We thank you Lord for a godly earthly father who can lead us in the way of our heavenly Father!

Dad and Mom

My grandma loves me
and
I love her back!

"S" 's Fourth of July and 6 Mon. dress I made her.
Made a skirt and then sewed a shirt to it.
That way her shirt stays down over her rather large tummy:)

"Fine if you wont put me in bed, this will do just as good!"

Little S 's first Fourth of July and our 4 year anniversary!
I love you, dear husband! Let spend the next 50 years together, if it be Gods will!

She totally loved the fireworks! Despite it being several hours past her bedtime,
she could not take her eyes off of them! When they were really bright she would scrunch up
her eyes! So cute:)

Thank you Lord for the freedom we have to serve and love you!

Wheres Waldo?

Ok, did you ever look at those books " Wheres Waldo" when you were a child? You open the book and both pages are totally filled with people, animals, art, you name it, it was there! And you had to try and find this little man, wearing blue pants and a striped red shirt. Well I kinda have felt like Waldo in the last year since I have not blogged. So much has happened. But I have found myself wanting to get back to blogging! I will try to make it short and sweet and then hopefully keep up with it:) So many have told me I need to do it and I want to! Its just time flies by these days!

Num. 1: We carried our first child for 43 wks!

Num. 2: We had our little girl at home and everything went amazing!
We will call her Little S:)

Num. 3: When Little S was 2 wks. old we went to Fl.
to visit my sister at collage and my grandparents who
spend the winter there.

Five Generations

Little S is named after her great great grandma.
My grandpa's mom had 5 boys and no girls.
They all loved it that we used her name!
Wish I could have met this amazing women!
This is one of the 5 boys and my AMAZING godly Grandpa!

Num. 4: Are foster girl went back to her Mother.
We will never forget you "D" and miss your beautiful smile!

Num. 5: When Little S was 2 mon. old we spent 2 wks in the hospital
praying over her body that God would choose to save and heal our baby.
She had RSV

It taught me so many things....
Not to take a moment for granted and that they are His and
he knows their life!

Num. 6: We got our planting done! Early!

Loved to ride in the tractor with Daddy!

Num. 7: Little M went home to his relative.
We miss him so much, his energy and big personality!

Num. 8:
Little S turned 3 months!

Mun. 9:
Little S turned 5 months! Thank you Jesus for our beautiful daughter!
